These days they call it the Y-break (Yoga-break) in the workplace.
We count and check daily how many steps we did take, 10,000/15,000 yuh...! That's certainly fine but do we also check how much time we spent sitting in our chairs? With legs crossed over each other shutting down the circulation with the spine in an inelegant position, shoulders hunched and your head forward like a turtle.... Why do we find it weird to sit at our desk with legs wide beside your chair, Your back straight and chin slightly bent. Or performing a half-moon pose on your chair (side stretching), downward dog behind your chair with your hands on the armrest,.... I find it rather strange to sit strumming like a turtle at your desk, putting strain on your body. If you have trouble in your lower back, well hang your head between your legs for a very short time (at least 1') and you will feel your back, hips and shoulders relax because of the stretch.
The Y-break doesn't have to last longer than 6' to already experience a feeling of relaxation in your body. But if you want to enjoy a Y-break of 60' under guidance, this can be done anywhere in the company : on the floor, on chairs, indoors or outdoors.
