About Sabine

I am what I am

Movement has been an integral part of my life from an early age. Dance offered a natural way to create space for inner experiences, without the need to put them into words. These early moments shaped my attentiveness to the body and its language.

Yoga later became part of this same path. In 2020, I deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and completed a yoga teacher training with Yogalife International, with the intention of exploring the relationship between body, breath and awareness. Throughout this journey, the wish to share yoga emerged naturally. Not as a concept, but as a lived experience.

I completed several trainings and specialisations, including a 500-hour yoga teacher training with Yogalife, a 300H Rocket Yoga training with AllYogaTraining in Bali (including 50H Yin Yoga), and a yoga and dance teacher training with Samasara in the Netherlands. I also trained in yoga for toddlers, children, teenagers, and parent–child yoga.

What continues to inspire me is the way the body carries information, and how movement, breath and attention can support regulation and clarity. Yoga has taught me to listen more subtly, to recognise signals, and to allow space when needed.

In my classes, I invite slowing down, observing, and connecting with one’s own body. What I share is grounded not only in theory, but in years of personal practice and experience. I believe that meaningful change arises from within, at a pace that honours each individual.

“All that is required for the practice of yoga is to act and be aware of our actions.”
- T.K.V Desikachar, influencial yoga teacher and author of The Heart of Yoga -
"I see post-traumatic stress disorder not as an illness that needs to be treated, suppressed or accommodated, but as a natural process that has gone awry.  To heal trauma requires direct experience of the living, feeling, knowing organism”
Peter Levine -
