From my perspective, this form of yoga is absolutely essential for everyone! It effectively reduces stress and improves physical health in a serene, calm and enjoyable way. In Restorative Yoga, we use tools such as pillows, blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body. As every body is unique, personalised support is very important. Within each pose, you fully relax your body and stay in the same position for several minutes with the help of the tools. This gentle inward guidance leads you on a journey to discover the deep peace within yourself. This stillness helps you find a balance between exertion and relaxation.
Restorative yoga is offered exclusively in private, one-to-one sessions.
