Workshops or special classes

These are clearly announced on the website and in the newsletter, including price and any special rules.

Workshops and special classes are separate from your membership.
Your booking code normally cannot be used for workshops unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All information about price, date, and any special rules is clearly indicated on the website and in the newsletter.

Membership validity

  • 5 classes: 12 weeks

  • 10 classes: 20 weeks

  • Unlimited membership: 12 weeks
    Extensions due to teacher absence are applied automatically.

    Important: memberships expire after the validity period and are not automatically renewed, except in case of teacher absence.

How can I see how many sessions I’ve used?

There is no automatic countdown. But you can get an overview by clicking “My Account” at the top right of Book a Session.

  • Enter your email address and create a password.

  • You’ll get a list of all sessions you’ve attended, including dates, any cancelled sessions, and the verification code.

If you prefer, you can always email or WhatsApp me, and I will send you an overview of your remaining sessions directly from my payment page.


Are memberships refundable?

No, memberships are not refundable. You can, however, let someone else use your membership if you cannot attend.

When does my membership start?

From the date of your first session; this marks the start of your membership validity period.

Until when can I register for a class?

You can register up to 8 hours before the class starts. This allows me to determine whether the class can take place.
Later registration is possible, but preferably before noon on the day of the class.

Why is it important to register in advance and what happens if there are not enough registrations?

Please register at least 8 hours in advance so I can determine whether the class can take place.
If there are fewer than 3 registrations, the class will be cancelled. This decision is made no later than 4 hours before the class starts. Any booked sessions will be returned to your membership.

You will always be notified via WhatsApp.

Until when can I cancel my class?

You can cancel your class up to 4 hours before the start.

What happens if I cancel within 4 hours?

What happens if I am sick, on leave, or pregnant?

In these cases, your membership can be paused or extended, with a medical certificate (e.g., long-term illness, recovery after surgery, or pregnancy).

What happens if the teacher is sick or absent?

Memberships are automatically extended in case of teacher illness, absence, or leave.
All pre-booked classes that cannot take place are cancelled and returned to your membership, so you can attend them later.

Can I register someone else on my membership?

Yes, you can bring someone or register someone else via “I book for someone else”.
This will be deducted from your available sessions, and you can register as many people as you like.

What happens if I refer a new member?

If a new member registers a membership in their own name through your referral, both you and the new member receive an extra free session on your memberships. This way, both of you benefit from the bonus.

Can I take a private lesson?

Yes, private lessons are possible, but they are separate from the membership and are billed individually.
