Deposit & Payment
To reserve your spot, a deposit of €100 per person is due immediately.
The deposit is non-refundable
The second payment must be made by April 30, 2026.
The third and final payment must be made by July 31, 2026.
Registration is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Organizer Cancellation Guarantee
If we decide to cancel the retreat, the deposit and any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Book in time, secure your spot, and rest assured: if the retreat does not take place, you will receive a full refund.
After January 31, 2026, free cancellation is no longer possible, provided the retreat goes ahead.
Cancellations after this date or no-shows are non-refundable, unless a replacement participant is found.
