Minimum Number of Participants
To ensure the quality of the retreat and a personal experience, the retreat will take place once a sufficient number of participants have registered.
If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participants, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded at no cost.
Deposit & Payment
- To reserve your spot, pay a deposit of €100 per person immediately
- The deposit is non-refundable
- The second part (30% of the total amount) must be paid by April 30, 2026
- The third and final part must be paid by July 31, 2026
- Registration is only confirmed after receipt of the deposit

If we decide to cancel the retreat, the deposit and any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Book in time, secure your spot, and rest assured: if the retreat does not take place, you will receive a full refund.
After April 31, 2026, free cancellation is no longer possible, provided the retreat goes ahead.
Cancellations after this date or no-shows will not be refunded, unless a replacement participant is found or…
…can’t attend the retreat unexpectedly? Don’t worry: the amount already paid can be applied to a future retreat we organize, even if it is a different retreat. This way you lose nothing and can still enjoy a magical experience at a later date.
